Darren Adams

Darren Adams graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, in 1996. Following graduation, he completed his articles of clerkship and was admitted as a solicitor in 2000, commencing a legal career spanning more than two decades.

During the early years of his legal career, Darren gained extensive experience in complex personal injury litigation, working on catastrophic injury claims, complex liability disputes and matters progressing through appellate jurisdictions. His work involved detailed legal research, evidence analysis, strategic advocacy, negotiation, mediation and meticulous legal drafting, developing the disciplined and analytical approach that continues to underpin his legal practice today.

In 2002, Darren founded Adams & Associates, establishing himself as a principal solicitor and practice owner. In 2007, he founded Adams United Lawyers, which has grown into a nationally recognised law firm providing family law and personal injury legal services to clients throughout Queensland and Australia.

As Founder and Principal Solicitor, Darren has developed a reputation for providing strategic legal advice in family law, with particular expertise in Binding Financial Agreements, prenuptial agreements, property settlements, independent legal advice and complex financial arrangements. He regularly advises professionals, business owners, farming families, high-net-worth individuals and couples seeking to protect assets, businesses, inheritances, trusts and intergenerational wealth through carefully structured financial agreements.
